Tom was short play for sure.

Well, would HDS have to advise us to take the bid, if it wasn't because we are able to work against it ?

Before/during the halt there were a news stating that non recurring loss of 7.xx$/shr were taken up in the quarter - together with a loss of xx/shr 'totalling up to 12.xx$/shr - That is what brought me down to the value of 4$ - Just checked to make the link and saw it was taken of again. - Debt is a part of the value right - So as I said someone is emptying our pockets here. - You cannot go around with reported value of 17 and then suddenly bring it down to 4 without creating very bad feelings out here - They have to do better for the shareholders!!!
