CORRECTION!!!!!!!! Norris is involved with ATCO not ATE.V quote.yahoo.com Thanks daaan. HOWEVER, while ATCO seems to be much more healthy than ATE.V, ATCO's sales seem to be going in the same direction as NCII's -- Down. They are also not profitable. I notice one other similarity: ATCO has increased its shares outstanding by over 23% in the first nine months (based on latest SEC filing). I cannot understand why ATCO is selling for $4.18? AVCO is about the same size as NCII and seems to be managed the same way.
