Tiger,

I do not trade naked options- that's just me though. I sell calls to try and juice up my returns, that is cushion some of the fall and ride it back up at a lower cost basis. I never sell calls that are more than 1 month out, usually betting on an oversold condition, which I think we are in now. But if I get called, fine, I am sitting on a healthy profit now and the calls expire FRI so I can jump back in if necessary.
