Now all we need is a big oil shock for LUKOY to be more promising. NOt to mention a major infrastrcture overhaul for the aging Soviet era equipment.

Just picked up some VIP recently on a bottom fishing whim and am pleased with the big pop this last week. Anyone have an opinion what a reasonable intermediate top might be? Started looking around for info and there's not too much or it's confusing in trying to decide if the ruble devaluation has or has not been factored into projections.
