Standard internut puts are likely losers if you are buying them. The premiums are just too high now. Shorting the stock or buying deep in the money puts are about the only way to have a chance of winning, but the damn things can move against you so fast that you are going to have to live on a quote machine.

Given there is no rationality for the values, it raises the question as to how they will disappoint and knock the stock down. You really need a KTEL like event, i.e. delisting. And even then you can't be sure. -nfg- Additionally, some mighty unusual things are going on due to supply of stock, momo investors, short interest, blah, blah, that you don't normally expect to run into. A very telling thing happen the other day with POS3. One of the long time bulls who actually talks to Mary Meeker of MSDW (chief POS3 cheer leading anal) and who has been written up in the WSUrinal for his investing "skills", sold out Monday at $124 because he was being told to watch out and protect. If you are math challenged, that is 40 bucks ago.

Forget it for now.
