I do believe we have same attitude towards investing :-)
One of the down sides being like us is that we too often see the story from too many sides - In a case like this I do believe that putting on the blinkers will serve us best.
And to take a last look out over our own nose - at the noteholders - they would probably also say rather 40% than nothing - AMES want the deal - so they have to renegotiate - JMHO
