I've been following RPP for several months, since recommended in Lombardi's Small Cap Growth Stocks at 0.39. Yes I bought some at this price!!!!!!!!

Today's volume represents about 3% of the outstanding shares. If volume continues at this rate, "all of the shares" will have turned over by year end.

I figure that with tax loss selling season coming up RPP can be purchased for 0.05 before year end. The question: "Is RPP worth 0.05?"
If it is, then a short term double to 0.10 is possible. If it isn't then the 0.05 could go to 0.00.

A good place to start your DD is:

Looks like BII is set yo open above $3.25! So far it is up as high as $3.43. I realize that it is still early and not all the bids/offers are valid till 9:20....but this is just a "heads up warning"!!
