watchman, you better hope that you don't ever accidentally wind up on my operating table. I may just accidentally slip with that knife. But in your case I am sure it will be an "enlargement" operation to make up for your obvious inadequacies. As far as your phone call to the SEC, This thread is crystal clean and there isn't one violation of any SEC rule, whether real or imagined. So go ahead, make a further ass out of yourself. Whatever your problem is with companies that legally use SEC Regulation D to raise money, the only thing that is clear here is that you are a loser, and will stay a loser. I am long this stock, and I believe in their eventual success. they may be raising money in the method you say and then again, they may not be; I haven't taken the time to inquire because I don't care. Even if they are, I don't see the connection to a company that is exercising its legal right to raise money in the capital markets with a self righteous asshole like you, who is using it as an excuse to draw attention to himself. If it was a crime to raise money through a 504 offering it would be one thing, but this company does not deserve the rantings of a lunatic like you, and yes, you can be prosected too.
