Gotta admit--if all goes according to how High Plains Drifter describes, it appears we're going to have a highly professional organization.

It does appear some savy investors saw an opportunity to reenjuvenate TRGC into a formidable company, this instead of starting up a completely new one or buying out an OTC shell. It's not often an entity gets the investors before it gets the company, so this could be real special if management knows what it's doing. And it appears it does.

Very anxious to learn more about our prospects. Trinity Energy Resources, Incorporated (TERI) is a sensible name.

Long on TERI!!!

Has anyone received anything from the bankruptcy court? All dealings with stockholders and other creditors come from the court. As far as I know, nobody has actually seen the court papers.

The reason I ask is that I'm wondering where the money will come from to operate this new company. Are there assets, property, equipment, cash etc.? What's this mean from your post? 1. A POSSIBLE 16 MILLION DOLLAR INFLUX FROM THE RIGHTS OPTIONS.

If this influx is stockholders redeeming the rumored $.25 cent options for a total of $16M., then that's a huge dilution of 64M shares. Hope I have this wrong!

Comments anyone? Jon
