What is deceiful about the quote? Happy to discuss.

I think INTC is richly priced. I agree with the author that it is rather absurd for INTC to have a market cap that is larger than the whole PC business's annual sales, unless sales are getting ready to expand dramatically or INTC's share of the pie is getting ready to expand. I'm convinced neither of these will happen.
