The purpose I serve is to reveal the truth about FTRK's financing activities, their promoters and then convey this information to shareholders and the SEC. At this time, I am not aware of any crime that was committed by the company. However, it usually is the promoters who commit the crimes(stock manipulation) unless management sells their restricted stock into the promotion from offshore accounts or they sell their stock and do not report it on a 144 filing. Other crimes can be committed by both the company and promoters when the promoters sell their shares which they purchased at a step discount and then turn around and fund the company from a percentage of their proceeds. The scenario has been set. The company is selling 504 stock at $1.00 and has hired Global Consultants to do their promotion.I will now do background checks on FTRK's senior management but more importantly on the owners and senior management at Global Consulting. I will post my findings. Trader, you are correct I speculating on what could happen but at the same time you are wrong because I am not spreading rumors but voicing opinions. It is too much of a coincidence that the company is placing 504D stock and has hired Global Consulting for promotion. In conjunction with this, larger than usual volume comes into the stock and the stock rises substantially. Global Consulting is doing a good job, they have gotten the price of the stock up so the company could sell 504 stock. FTRK should be pleased with Global Consulting performance as OTC company's do need promotion but current and future shareholders must be made aware of what is going on. Shareholders need to know that their could be an additional 1 million shares in the float. I will call all past Global Consulting clients and find out if they placed any 504D stock for the company's and I will also ask the company's if they were pleased with global's performance. It is interesting to note that Global Consulting is no longer on DCHT's press releases.
