someting is very suspicious. vic & dick keep pushing the date of when they will release bacon results further and further in nov. they now claim to be releasing the results on nov 30 or dec 1, because they dont want to release the news during U.S, tanksgiving. (imo that a load of shit). if u got results show us, dont hold them back.
rather odd that subscription for these warrants go on sale Nov 26. looks like a strong news release will fill the underwriters pockets full of $$$$$$.
isnt first marathon the guys that scammed the public on Cart Away.
and cannacord the guys that will underwrtite anything for thier clients just to make easy and guaranteed $$$$.
was there any menchine of a green shoe option on this deal???

ps. vic & dick im dissapointed in what u have done. u have literally eroded all shareholder value.
i may not like ARP stock but they sure ashell know how to raise capital!!!!!

Curtis you are correct. 10,000 units gives 5000 warrants at 1.30.
A fully sold issue would raise $9.2 million from the shares at $1.00 and $5.8 million from the 4.6 million warrants for shares at $1.30. This is a total revenue of $15.18 million.

The news release starts with the number of shares issued at 27,390,859. Therefore if fully subscribed the 13.8 million new shares issued would represent 33.5% dilution. Is this Right?

ie 27.390,859+13.8 = 41.190859 issued

13.8/41.190859 x 100 = 33.5% dilution.

I wonder if this deal was made a few weeks ago when the share price was at 80 cents? Reading the NR again I note it says YRI 'is proceeding with' as if they had second thoughts because of the current share price but decided to keep going in spite of the current price. Time running out before the results are released. This is due to close before so the stock would be on the shelf ready to be bought by Cannacord and First Marathon clients right into the increase demand expected. You know they just might have something here. Let's face it, raising money hasn't been a cake walk but this would do it if...Hmmmmmm. Wonder what is coming. I am holding!
