I got a PM discussing ENVY and the buyout rumor,

<<I haven't seen anything either. I haven't looked at yahoo msg boards, because I can't stand them.

I thought today was a telling day when the stock couldn't maintain any more momentum and actually closed down. Volume sucked and I thought yesterday's volume sucked as well considering the size of the move. I think this thing is rigged. Even w/no buyout, may be a while to hit 26. I'm short around there as well.

good luck. let me know what you find. thanks>>

My reply to the PM. All responses are appreciated.
We should be discussing this on the public boards, with the intention of drawing out lurkers who have more information than us. Hint Hint.

Here is price action and volume for the last 5 days.
Nov 18 | 38 13/16 | -1 1/8 | 796,700
Nov 17 | 39 15/16 | +7 1/2 | 1,088,000
Nov 16 | 32 7/16 | +1 1/16 | 54,800
Nov 13 | 31 3/8 | - 11/16 | 131,800
Nov 12 | 32 1/16 | - 5/16 | 139,700

Notice the average daily vol for Oct was almost 350K. The volume on the 16th was pathetic. Volume on the 17th was partly due to MoMo players and the news release about SEC clearance, plus maybe some short covering. Price action on the 18th surely doesn't look like there is a buyout, unless the secret is well kept.
