Moody's people may be jerks but there must be something there. Japan's economy has gone into deflation (very scary). If they can't refloat their capital goods economy what then? They depend upon exports to survive. Whether they can refloat or not is up for grabs and no one knows the answer.They are still not dealing with their rotten banking system, head on.
