That's interesting that Southwest had trouble with their upload, because Penson, the clearing firm for Watley, just recently was late with their data on two separate days, and before that I can't remember it ever happening before. In more than one year that I've been at Watley, I have found only one error in the Penson data and that was $9000.00 in my favor, (which I shall one day get around to reporting....) The detailed account of the troubles and the upgrades that MB supplied you is admirable, (although the proof is in the pudding). I wonder who the new clearing firm is... Watley seems to be turning a new leaf with respect to keeping their clients briefed on the technical problems and improvements, as there was a recent email concerning several recent problems. For the most part the clients have been left guessing. I guess there's only so far they can go without giving up trade secrets?? It sure would be nice to know something about how the network works, like some of the glimpses given in the MB email. It's all a black box from where I'm sitting. Also, would like to know the size of the client base relative to the traffic-bearing capacity of the network and the phone help. Again--"proprietary" Thanks for sharing the email wily
