Are you saying that NCII is planning to increase authorized shares in order to increase shares outstanding?

If yes:

There are other ways to raise money: Get a LOAN and stop increasing the outstanding shares! Also make sure that that loan is not convertible!!!!!

I cannot image any investor voting to dilute the value of their shares considering that this is a never ending process with NCII. They won't put themselves in more debt, but THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO DILUTE THE VALUE OF OUR STOCK!!!

The stock was over $3.00 in 1994. Why is it $.06 today? Okay, the sales have dropped by 97% since then.

The only time increasing shares outstanding is good is when the company is not planning to make a profit in the near future.

Even when they had sales of $6.7 million, they had a loss of $1.68 million. sddt.com

Has NCII ever been profitable?
Will NCII ever make a profit?
Will NCII ever stop increasing shares oustanding?

Does Norris do this to the shareholders of the other companies that he controls?

If your post was not in referrence to NCII, please ignore this post.
