I have commented on this earlier. If someone can make MSFT a 'common carrier' for other people's standards, why not realplayer or any of a hundred other companies? There might be a case for saying that MSFT must support some subset of Java functionality in their browser, but no reason to assume that they would have to use 'real java code' to do it. And even that argument falls down if the DOJ wins their case, since then MSFT will have had some 'remedy' applied to their browser products.
