Dennis,

I've read the ML report. They were indeed positive on NN, and made mention of the potential Global One contract within.. They also mentioned Lucent has indicated their ATM is not worthy and they need to acquire a globally postioned ATM expert..they indicated 'Newbridge???'

<Joe Bellace at ML said that ASND and NN have the best potential to beat their EPS numbers. Joe said that last week in an industry report.

I don't have access to that report until Friday, but ML was positive on NN.>
