What is TSIG giving up?

It was asked in post 10015 but no one seemed to answer an important question. What did TSIG give up to get the money? I hope the convertible debentures are restricted by time or a certain price per share. Anyone have any details?

Joe,

It has been aparent for the last couple of weeks an accumulation was taking place. We haven't had a day of volume selling with a down trend in some time. I go back to my earlier analogy and say TSIG is a tightly wound coiled spring ready to let loose.
