They owed favors to investors who participated in financings at much higher levels.My opinion only.
A demand for 5million shares of Yamana on the open market would probably drive it up to $3 at least.Therefore a financing at $1 is a payback.If results are very good we will not be concerned at all about this financing.

It seems to me that raising money for speculative stocks must be done when one can speculate. Waiting for all the results may prove good or bad depending on results. Isn't it wise to raise money when there is still an unproved resource. As Sudhir Khanna says, "better to raise the money when you can rather than try to raise it when you need it". Hope I paraphrased you right Sudhir. Bye the way John, I don't think we have met. Nice to have you pipe up. Every perspective is appreciated here. Take Care!
