Well I can see that this non-issue isn't going to rest, so watchman, please post your name address and phone number immediately to this board, so that we may put a face to your sincerity. The SEC will have no problem finding me as I am listed in the Manhattan directory. They will also not have a problem with my trading activity, as they will see that I own FTRK at prices from current levels as well as from substantially higher than current levels. The SEC will also require your real name and address in order for your report not to go into the trash, and since you have already been kind enough to post that you like to short stocks, I suspect that they will be very interested in what you have to say. Your obvious hard on for the consulting firm will eventually expose your real identity and you will be rewarded for your actions, but not by the SEC. Cowards like you will not reveal who they really are and thus the SEC will shred your report as soon as it is received. And FYI, I have seen where the snitch often becomes the victim, ala Linda Tripp, and you will find yourself a part of any investigation because the SEC like to know who they're dealing with. I know because I was contacted by the SEC as a result of the infamous Sonny Block radio show which ran for years on NYC, and my account was with one of the firms that he had secret agreements with; so I expect that I will hear from some very good friends at the SEC as I helped them in their investigation into what was a real fraud; not like the one's that you have imagined in your mind. So go ahead, make my day. Post your name and phone number to this board, and tell the SEC that Dr. Harvey from Park Ave says hello. They will remember me, in fact, one of them even dated my neighbor after meeting her in my lobby. Oh and by the way, "it is clear" that you are a stockbroker, and that you are not revelaing that fact in your postings, nor are you reporting your internet activity to your employer which is a violation of NASD rules. Once your real identity is revealed, I suspect you will be disciplined if not expelled from the securities industry.
