I agree completely. If the company is unable to provide facts, i.e. not only nice forward looking statements but real contracts with revenue and profit then a reverse split of 1 for 3 in the range of 1.50 or so will just call the day-traders and the shorting specialists. That means very soon after the reverse split we will be in the area of 1.50 and below again.

On the other hand, if the company is for real then it will provide solid numbers very soon and will stabilize by itself. And then who cares wether they will get listed a few months sooner or later.

By the way, the following message was issued at globemedia.de :
KMGG has asked for late filing and got approval from the SEC.
The reason is that the CFO, Irv Greenman, is sick, nothing else.
