Hello Valuepro

As you say, but buy out with what, cash or shares?

With the M-1 windfall, a cash buy-out is possible but that was not the impression I had from the releases. Besides, NDR was trading at $10.00+ for the longest time and many of its underwriting shareholders would probably like to have something to take the place of their lost equity. 14,000,000 x $.72 is one thing, but 14,000,000 x $10.00 is something else.

My impression was a restructuring of the share float in an amalgamated company, which the market seems to be anticipating by virtue of the lack of appreciation in the face of what is really terrific news.

With S&P setting up the TSE's new indexes, it will be interesting to see if SUF finds its way onto the list. If it does as it has on the TSE 300, then it will attract more institutional $$ which will support a larger share float. Shares are moving irrationally on very modest volumes, which is not good for anyone and tends to undermine investment confidence. A larger share float would not be all that bad so long as there is institutional support.

If not, I would rather CJ didn't dilute and just made a cash offer.
