Found answer to own question...CNGR owns 222,222 shares of INKT at a cost of just 1,075,000. According to SEC filings, CNGR "considers these shares available for sale." However, they agreed not to sell any of the shares until December 08, 1998.

Equity increase since purchasing the shares is 33 million dollars. This is obviously not reflected in the current share price of CNGR as it has barely moved in a long time. INKT equity increased CNGR by 5 million dollars today alone.

Volume increased in CNGR today. INKT's 21 5/8 increase should soon be recognized by CNGR shareholders and others soon. Future looking bright, in my opinion.
