Hi Harold,

I enjoyed your TB article...I forwarded it to a few people I know who are still holding on. I really hope the company can do something with all the promising drugs they have. It would be great to see the stock turn around - especially for all the long term shareholders.

On another note, remember Rashid Aziz? He was the CFO at IZP, back in the good 'ole days of better prices. He has a new deal on the VSE called IX Capital (one of these new VCP-venture capital pools) which trades around 40-44 cents. The symbol is IXI. It came public October 1st and they have 2.2 million shares out (most of that held by Directors - I think there's about a 500,000 share float). They also have $500,000 in the bank and are looking for a deal to put into the company. The Board of Directors looks good too. One of the other directors, David Clark, used to be a director for IZP. They also have the President of IGT (a VSE company with an anti-cancer compound), Bruce Schmidt, as a director.

Just thought you might be interested in what some of the ex-IZP'ers were up to.

Thanks again for your informative posts.

Take care,

Amanda
