Greg,

<<Craig, we haven't heard from you in a while; I hope you are merely enjoying "a life".>>

Yes, we are in the middle of trying to move into a different house, while dodging the rain, sleet, and snow here in Minnesota. I'll try to post more often again when we are finished. There isn't really too much to say for now, except that it doesn't look like we are going to zero. <g>

Craig

P.S. My uncanny timing for trading ANCR struck again. I sold some shares at 2 3/8 for a small profit (finally), thinking it would probably pull back. WRONG! I've been looking for a pullback ever since. <g> Now, I've decided to just enjoy the ride...

>>There are 470 preferred shares ($4.7M) outstanding as of 11/17/98.<<

Meaning that they converted the Max this month for about 2 million to 2.5 million shares. IF they sold a substantial amount of that for one incredible profit they will need the remainder of the conversion to cover their short.
If that is the case all 24 million shares(including the entire conversion:give or take a few hundred thousand) are already in play and the converters are now kaput. The 10 buzillion shares bought at 1 and 2 offer more resistance and are more of a factor in any climb by ANCR.
