At times I have experienced that problem. It comes and it goes. I usually end up signing off and trying at a later time because it seems like a waste of time to fight it.

Yes Carl, I also experience problems with SI from time to time. Mostly I get that ERROR page, but the other day the site was not responding at all for some time.
