Nice work Tom. MALL may gap up tomorrow but soon will join the fate of EGGS and KTEL. I will be shorting it tomorrow morning. It is riding the momentum wave and should be back in the low teens IMHO.

please explain how you value the MALL core business at $7 -- you gave no explanation.

Further -- maybe you should consider that MALL is really UBID plus the operations of MALL -- I really doubt that you'd see the discount. If there were - -the arbitageurs will be out in full force to reduce the discount to under 10% (i.e., buy MALL and short UBID).

But considering that MALL traded at an average of $13 before MALL was formed -- why do you now value it at $7 (FYI - dont forget to increase the value for the proceeds for the 18% sale of UBID and then tax-effect it).

Basically, your valuation methodology is BS. Waiting your response.
