Don't you think that the reason they didn't sell off the billboards is they couldn't find a buyer with cash to do so?

Vision Mark, L.L.C. was incorporated on 11-13-98 and the charter is set to expire on 12-31-98. Its registered agent is the Hurst Marketing Group, 1904 S. Akard, Dallas TX 75215. Names involved are Gerry Hursty and Michael Denton, Jr., of the above address, and Billy Jess Clements, 7042 Turtle Creek Lane, Dallas TX 75205. It appears to me that Vision Mark is some sort of a temporary shell, or mebbe even a conduit. I will try to contact the company or Hurst.
