I really didn't see anything strange about today's trading. Little or no intraday movement is the normal course for this stock. Most of its movements come at the beginning of the day, including gap ups and downs. Sometimes there is late movement. It's seems like everyday, someone with stock to sell sets the price for the day and then it just sits there.

Assuming volume is double counted, today fewer than 200,000 shares changed hands. Assuming CREAF took half, that's less than 100K. If they are going to piddle around like that, then there is no hope for significant upside. As Fred mentioned, they are running out of days for this first 10%. They need to average about 3 times that much to get it done.

But I really hope they weren't buying today and sending a bad message. I think if they do start buying heavily, we will see strong intraday movement. And there will be plenty of downticks to buy on. Actually, I think the restriction is just that they can't raise the bid to buy. I believe they are free to buy anywhere within the bid and ask.
