on 11/18 Reuters reported . . .

"Carlos Constantini, a telecommunications analyst for Paribas in Sao Paulo, said the Telebras shell still had some assets. They included real estate and equity in companies, such as a 1 percent
share in Portugal Telecom (NYSE:PT - news)."

Hmmm . . . 1% of Portugal Telecom . . . check out PT . . 8.69 BILLION dollars cap . . . a "mere" 1% of that would be . . .about 87 million dollars. . . distributed amongst TBR's 188 million shares comes to . . . . $0.46 PT dollars per TBR share. Throw in TBR's cash reserves, real estate holdings and any other commodities . . . I don't think a $0.50 low-ball target is out of the question.
