52 week low coming.... I believe that this stock will hit the 52 week low before the end of the month. Yes, the vaporware comment was a bit on the exageration side of things, but lets be honest...how many of YOU (people posting) are using JAWS L5 encryption software? My guess is the number is low...I hate to say it but I am looking forward to all the hackers and crackers out there to reek havoc on people's private accounts, credit card numbers, emails, and most of all corporate secrets. As a fellow who deals with lots of IT people most IT people think that encrpytion sofware isn't importatn...to prove this point, how many of you out there have a company who encrpyts all incoming and outgoing mail...my guess is none of you. That's the norm though. It's gonna take some big hacks and cracks to make companies realize how important encrpytion is. I look forward to seeing Citbank, Chase and some of these other banks to get broken into in the new century, and lose big bucks...(Just make sure you don't have over 100K in an account...<grin> ) It's amazing how many people get all wet and excited for these internet commerce companies like Amazon, N2K, Ebay when the encryption is only, ONLY 128 bit!!!!! did you guys hear that STANFORD UNIVERSITY was hackedinto last week and over 4500email accounts were potentially comprimised? They said the presidents daughter probably wasn't affected...here's the link, I don't BSH%T about stuff like this.... stanford.edu (If the link doesnt work I can always post it) Anyway, whatever happned with the Palm Pilot story? Is Jaws appearing at COMDEX? I think they were at Internet World if I remember... If these guys can get a licensing deal with someone like Microsoft or Lotus, they will be in good shape, but until they get a big name the certs arent worht the paper they are printed on... Rumor Mill.... I hear or have heard that JAWZ is close to making an announcement with enrst and Young (their auditors i believe)...I dont know if this was posted... it doesnt sound to exciting though Here's a novel idea....Barrie, since the company is a bit on the chicken side, how about you putting up a $1,000 prize to anyone who can break the JAWZ encryption...of course you'll have to get an unbiased 3rd party involved... Then if you really can play PR man, post it out on the web somewhere...like a Geocities page, etc, link it to some seach engines, drop a couple of lines to some editors and before you know it you'll be drumming up some major traffic and interest in JAWZ... I mean, let's be honest....$1,000 bucks isn't that much to tempt anyone like $5 million but hey, if you establish a consortium of prize money you can maybe get some exposure for this compnay before it's too late... I really woulndt think it would be a conflict of interests either since you are encouraging people to really "test" the product...I mean, if it's THAT good, it will float and you won't lose a dime...(And since the #of of combinations is a number 411 commas long, you might be pretty safe...) Ok that's all for now.... Keep up the good discussions Phantom Dialer
