I just read the Gentner (GTNR) annual report. The management team is 50 percent female - despite the co. being based in male-dominated Utah. Their numbers and growth figures are great and I like the corporate philosophy. GTNR seems poised to break through the $3 barrier so I am tempted to average UP and get some more!

I might add BPRX to your list of big trades, nothing short term but a good medium turn play I think...
