Don...OT...Re; tapdancing thru a room full of rattlesnakes..... Actually did that once........(although it was in a lady friends backyard)........she called to ask for my help getting one removed from near her back porch.......much to my surprise..there were 4 of the critters......and YES.....I DID DANCE TO THEIR TUNE !!....This macho guy looked a little flustered.......gggggg...Tim

For sure it is no easy job. And you are right, Dell has pretty clear running room just executing on their current model.

But Dell also will eventually run out of room, and they need to be creating their own transition strategy, which is a market transition rather than a distribution change. They have a much cleaner opportunity. Still, the clock is ticking for everyone.
