I'm done with DATEK. They're a joke. It's bad enough having to shuffle through at least 20 servers per day just to get a quote or do a trade..but this morning takes the cake....their website is completely down and thier phone is off the hook. I had a stock that I wanted to bail out of this morning. It's now down 50%. They also held my buy order yesterday for over 5 minutes until the ask ticked up for about 2 seconds...just long enough for them to lock me in at the high. The ask immediately dropped after my purchase. I will be transferring ALL my assets out of DATEK today. Does anyone know of a competent firm?
