See the news about PanAmSat today--more electrical problems on their sats. They warn that customers may cancel contracts because of reliability problems. I wonder who might benefit from that....let's see...hmmmmm

In some states arbitration awards are confirmed by a judgment in the court. Federal court would probably follow that process in California, if that is what California law provides. I think the news article refers to the arbitration.

Hmm. They could be the first company to ask for a turnover order of something out of this world, a satellite.
