gbh,36190 is the very large, terabit! switch designed for big central offices only.Each 36190 cost mililions of dollars and increases sale of 36170,which in basic form cost tens of thousand, but when loaded with application cards like DWDM (compatible with LU ),ADLS or LMDS may go up to 1 million$.If you look at(nn home page) 1998 contract with C&W(almost 400 mil US),1997 contract with Telecom of New Zealand or Swiss Telecom you will find 36190.
