I have an order in. Can't cancel. I tried at least a dozen times. Can't cancel. I tried to phone in. Phones busy. Why does this feel like I'm playing Russian Roulette with my hard earned savings?

Datek said they will credit me 2 commision trade (yipee!!)...Just talk to a customer service 25 min. ago.. talked to a lady, didn't get her name and gave me to a supervisor name "Mr. Friedstch" (sp?).. complained about the morning fiasco and he said that it will be a "case by case" basis... I ask for a "one month" free commissions, he said no (he probably thinking that I'm HIGH! LOL) as far as getting compensation for your loss or miss profit, FORGET ABOUT IT!... just me.. eL..
