Popcorn stuffing for turkey:

4 c. bread cubes
1/2 t. sage
1 t. poultry seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. unpopped popcorn

Mix bread cubes, sage, and poultry seasoning together and set aside. Saute onion and celery. Mix all ingredients together and stuff the turkey. The turkey is done when the popcorn blows the ass off the turkey.
