Barnes & Noble's conference call is taking place right now. They had a good quarter and showed some gains in development of the .com business and relationships. However, the overall sales of the B&N.com operation stayed relatively the same compared to Amazon.com. The .com sales increased about 33% quarter-to-quarter and 350% over last year. However, that was only to a bit over $17 million in sales while showing a loss of $20 million. Small absolute gains compared to Amazon and not enough, yet, to cause dilution of amazon's market share.
