Annual shareholders meeting in La Jolla, CA, on 12-16-98 at 10 am. There will be a vote on the Divisional Stock Proposal which calls for the issuance of 0.5 sh of the Oncology Division Stock for every outstanding 1 sh of AGPH common stock (tax free) with an associated significant increase in the number of outstanding AGPH common shares, which I presume will influence the future P/E ratios. It's a big package that you'll receive today. Somewhat difficult for me to digest all of the info at one time. Any opinions or comments? Are both stocks going to be listed for trading? Anybody going?
