Gary,

I know what you are talking about. When you made that prediction I thought I would let you be the lightning rod for a while! But really you and I know that is possible with continued pe expansion and growth in the networking business. The lesson there is the example of Microsoft. People are willing to "pay up" for quality companies who command their markets.

Cisco has a great history of running up it's PE and if you were a trader then sell it and get back in when it corrects. That has worked very well since the company went public. I made a lot of money when the company went public that way but I paid a LOT of taxes and then realized this was a long term trend and that I should just go long on it for 10 or more years!

I am more interested in the long term perspective and letting compounding work....Gads I'm up 1200 % with this one and it's fundamentals look better than when they first went public!

Your prediction looks very solid to me....JMHO!

Eric
