Hi Laurens,

I spent some time reviewing the 10Q. Seems that their operating expenses have increased a lot due to development of their sales force and the recent acquisitions. What caught my eye was that they had an income tax expense due to generation of taxable income (something they didn't have in 3rd Q of 1997. That's good news. They also paid off some of their debt ($29M) by offering more common stock and still had $11M left. Some of this could go to more acquisitions. Overall, the company seems solid, but they now have to streamline some of their operating expenses esp. those caused by the CVS and other acquisitions. It will be interesting to see what the gross profit margin is for the next quarter.

As for the litigations, usually they are frivolous lawsuits brought by one or two individuals (usually they do not own a lot of shares either), that cost the company and serves no real purpose. The only ones that benefit are the lawyers. Hopefully, the lawsuits will be dropped as the share price starts moving upward. An interesting question though is why is the share price moving southward. Is it because of the lawsuits. If so, this stock price will soar soon. I am still on the sidelines, but plan on jumping in soon.

P.S. Off topic - I bought a picture in Holland with all the states (or provinces) and I noticed Utrecht (along with Limburg, Flevoland, Zeeland, Gelderland to name a few) was one of them. However, Amsterdam was not shown. Is Amsterdam a part of one of these states (provinces)?
