David figure that Tsgi will soon have 100 million shares and with that many shares the price is too high. Can you please verify where you get this figure from. Thanks Dennis

TSIG will not have 100 milion shares outstanding after this PP is concluded IMHO if they follow thru and do as they say there will be way less shares executed for this PP deal. We have a real company here my friend David
