Great thinking, Steve.

But I've spent the past 30 minutes trying to find what the ticker would be, and I can't find any place that knows anything about this fabled "Bank of Floyd".

In fact, at Marketguide's list of regional banks there's nothing like this at all:
marketguide.com

I traced the links that SI gives to SEC filings and that's all screwed up taking you to filings of Pivot something or other.

Do you have a ticker yet?

>>Could be momentary swish parallel here. BlueFly (the apparel web retailer) is jumping. On SI, when I plug in BFLY I get a chart for Bank of Floyd (VA), which is also up 4 to 5 points today, can't find any news on the bank.<<

Is that what's happening to AMZN? :) :) Someone thinks they're buying stock in the Amazon Blue Films, LP company? At least I can understand a valuation like that for a "Blue Film" company. :) :)
