Hello Martin, Joe, and others, We have a VERY, VERY attractive company to merge with, IMO. We have SUBSTANTIAL loses from prior years to offset gains from future years. We could "hide" from taxation approximately $30 million of some company's profits. If we every get to NASDAQ, we then are a candidate for a reverse merger with a private company (or a public company on a "lower" exchange). If the situation were right, this could be a nice surprise. Yes, this is a little bit of a stretch right now - lets work on generating sales at the moment - but it is nice to dream. Any comments? -Dave
