Jesse et al. - Rick has been good enough to supply a fair bit of information pertaining to his view of how to proceed in this environment and what his views are with regards to OB. Keep in mind that there will many who are skeptical right up to the day a mine opens (if), let alone at this stage. A little skepticism is still a healthy thing. The OB issue has gotten a lot of press here of late, so using a little of that healthy skepticism is maybe not so "ignorant", whether we agree with JP's point of view or not.

Rick may be being totally honest with us, in his reasons for NOT officially claiming a kimberlitic strike or the skeptics may be right and he may be covering his proverbial ass, with all the discussion about kimberlitic indicators and the benefits of the property because of the low OB, etc. We will never know for sure. Even if we wind up with a diamondiferous strike we may not really know.

The investment community is so used to heavy promo on plays, that we automatically assume a play is NOT as good as the PR says it is. If what Rick is saying is honest, then the company and the project have made very solid progress and have every reason in the world, to continue on their chosen path. If what we are being told is hype, then they have absolutely nothing, but they are about to spend a fair bit more money on that "nothing", if that is the case.

Given that most of what has been presented, as the rationale for the work that has been done and the work that is to be done, makes sense to me, I am content to wait and see what the outcome is.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
