answer the question and leave the ad hominem alone. it is ironic that you say my post reveals me (i wrote it, you dope, what do you expect? ;-)

an ad hominem attack generally arises when you can't continue an argument based on the facts so you begin to attack the person to hide the fact you can't support your argument. since you didn't refute what was said, i'll assume you can't. rather than admit you are wrong you attack.

now, is that the moral gauge the rest of us are supposed to look up to? i'll get nervous when this type of attitude pats me on the back. ;-) i'm glad we disagree.

jmo, i checked the first post you highlighted and it mentioned veterans day as the reason the market was closed. the market being closed came first.

anyway, you do have a point. people did mention veterans day last year. however, the tone was much different. it was a festive tone last year. now the tone is " well, things could be worse." that is, at least, my perception. you are free to disagree.

the real issue is, do the rmil bulls understand where they screwed up and are they better investors for it? do they understand the nays were right on the mark? do they understand why they fought truth so hard?

Some people just gotta glam in others misery, it seems. Regardless of who was right and who was wrong at this point, why can't people of each side let it go. If this stock did nothing else, it bolstered the memership of this site enormously, exposed several people on this site for their true agendas, and taught alot of people alot of lessons both good and bad. Now that it appears to be a dead issue, or very nearly likely to become one, why can't those who didn't lose any money here button up and move on? Heck, six months from now many of us may find ourselves involved in stocks that some of the nays like and vice-versa, will either side refuse to make wise investments in good deals because of lines drawn here? I think not. So why should either side continue to pound the other? I just don't get it. Two weeks of clarity does that to me, I guess.
