Trader, It is not against the law to express opinions regarding the sale of 504 stock timed with a promotion. The SEC has also voiced their concern about the use of 504 stock for manipulation of thinly traded securities over the OTC:BB. You stated that you are capable of doing your own research so do, but in this instance I will point you in the right direction. Go visit http:/www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/33-7541.htm I clearly understand the circumstances that may come my way and you are correct that ignorance of the law is no excuse. The facts speak for themselves. You are incorrect, I am speculating on what could happen and what I believe is likely to happen. I never accused the company or their management about doing anything illegal nor have I criticized their technology. What I have done is told shareholders about a financing which they did not disclose because at this time they are non reporting. Shareholders have a right to know. Do you disagree? You are obviously not reading correctly, there has been no slander against the company but only fact. Go investigate because I am investigating. I do believe the company has a promising technology and management appears sound, but how they finance their operations is of extreme importance to all shareholders as well as who FTRK hires as their promoters.
