Same number as Kevin got on 11/13/98 so the company is not adding shares to the float for this period. No 144 filings so restricted shares are not being sold .Of course the company could be selling previous shares got from the transfer agent that they have been holding onto. My experience is that most acquisitions are made with new restricted shares, which have to be held one year and require a 144 filing to sell. Very good DD with transfer agent however.

Coz, Thanks! That confirms the figure I got. Good to see we have a reliable source of information and that no increases are happening weekly. We still need to be objective and observant of these numbers so we will know when there is an increase. Who knows how long or when the dilution from 38 mil to 49 + took place. Could have been months ago and we are only now aware of it. The company sure as hell isn't going to volunteer that information unless asked. Our best bet is to call the transfer agent and confirm it. I would caution against doing it too often or by too many people. They might get annoyed if they are having to answer the same question many times a week. Kevin
